- Medical Records: Your pet’s medical records will transfer seamlessly to Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital.
- Appointments: Our team is here to help make the transition simple and stress-free. Existing appointments will be automatically moved to the closest available time at Cheyenne Mountain, and we’ll contact you to confirm.
- Prescriptions: Prescription refills will require establishing a doctor–patient relationship at Cheyenne Mountain, which can be done during your pet’s first visit.
